Service contract: By signing this contract, the signatory or the company (hereinafter referred to as the "customer") and the ImmoAll broker establish a contractual relationship for the provision of services. The customer gives the ImmoAll broker a service order and the broker takes over the complete processing of the order from A to Z on behalf of the customer. § 1. Obligations of the broker and the client The broker is responsible for the proper execution of all agreed tasks. This includes in particular the quality of the work, compliance with the agreed deadlines and the necessary safety precautions. The broker ensures that the customer's wishes are taken into account appropriately. The broker is liable for all complaints, damages or claims for damages that arise in connection with the provision of the service. ImmoAll assumes no liability in this regard. The customer undertakes to provide all conditions and information required for the execution of the service in a timely manner. This includes in particular the agreed payments, access to the necessary premises and the provision of material. § 2. Entry into force and termination This contract comes into force when signed by both parties and remains valid until the order has been fully executed and processed. § 3. Dispute resolution In the event of disputes arising in connection with this contract, the competent district court at the place where the order is fulfilled is responsible. § 4. Legal validity and confidentiality This contract is legally binding for both parties. Both parties undertake to treat the contents of this contract confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract. § 5. Tax obligations of the broker The broker is responsible for clarifying all tax obligations arising from his activities and for properly paying the relevant taxes. This also includes compliance with the applicable tax regulations in the broker's respective country. § 6. Acceptance of the terms of service Reading and agreeing to the terms of service in accordance with the ImmoAll terms of use is a prerequisite for both parties and is considered part of this contract.
