Please read the following points carefully: Service partnership agreement: By signing this contract, the signatory/company enters into a collaboration with ImmoAll for service contracts. ImmoAll commissions this partner company to carry out orders, which the companies carry out independently from A to Z. §1. Signatory Responsibilities: The signatory is responsible for all ongoing situations, including quality of work, meeting deadlines, safety measures and fulfilling the client's wishes. He is also responsible for any complaints, damages or compensation that arise. ImmoAll assumes no liability in this context. §2. Effective Date and Termination: This Agreement comes into effect immediately upon signing. Upon completion of any order, both parties have the option to terminate it for no particular reason. §3. Dispute resolution: Disputes will be settled before the Zurich court. §4. Legality and confidentiality: This agreement is legally binding.
